ShawnLab Return and Warranty Policy
This policy sets clear expectations for device quality, functional warranty assessment and requests for support after a purchase. It applies to online and confirmed direct transactions.
Warranty Policy: Used Devices
- Used Apple devices sold by ShawnLab include a 30-day functional warranty beginning on the recorded date of delivery or collection.
- Coverage applies to verified functionality issues arising during normal use and subject to inspection.
- Accidental drops, cracked or damaged housing and displays, liquid exposure, misuse and unauthorized repair are excluded.
- For an eligible fault, ShawnLab may repair or replace the device according to stock availability and the nature of the issue.
New Devices and Manufacturer Coverage
- Any new device sold with manufacturer warranty is covered only in accordance with the manufacturer warranty status and conditions.
- Manufacturer warranty claims may require processing directly through the manufacturer or its authorized channel.
Returns and Refunds
- Device purchases are final once accepted and delivered, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise or an eligible warranty fault is confirmed.
- A change of mind, cosmetic preference or damage arising after delivery does not create a return or refund entitlement.
- Where a paid order is cancelled by ShawnLab before fulfilment, the verified amount paid will be refunded through the payment channel used, subject to gateway timelines.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Contact support promptly with the order reference, device details and a clear description of the fault.
- Do not open, repair or alter the device before inspection, as this may affect warranty eligibility.
- Our team will provide the available inspection or return instructions and communicate the outcome after assessment.
